Rhymes means writing two or more words whose last words make the same or similar sound. Rhymes help make the rap flow smoothly. This helps in remembering the rhymes quickly and creates rap interest. 
Words ending in the same or similar sound are called rhymes.

Rhymes are of different types 
A perfect rhyme is a rhyme where the last sound of the words is exactly the same.
